How to use LitBuy, step by step

What does a LitBuy order look like over time?

Timings are typical, not promises: made-to-order items and slow sellers stretch the middle part.

LitBuy moment 1: checkout

Set up the account once

One LitBuy account holds your cart, balance, warehouse and parcels. Put the delivery address in Latin script, exactly as the courier should print it, with a phone number including the country code. Wrong addresses are one of the few mistakes that cannot be fixed once a parcel has left.

Open the item and pick options

From the LitBuy Spreadsheet, a card opens the listing on LitBuy directly; any other marketplace link can be pasted into LitBuy’s search (how that works). Choose size by the measurements in the chart, not the label (size guide), and write anything unclear into the remark field for the purchasing team.

Pay for the items

This first payment covers the items and the seller’s shipping to the warehouse. Accepted: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, PayPal (also Amex and JCB through PayPal), PayPal eCheck. If a seller is out of stock or raises the price, LitBuy asks you to choose another option or cancel. Refunds for cancelled or returned items go back to the original payment method.

LitBuy moment 2: the warehouse check

When the item arrives, LitBuy photographs it (3 to 6 photos per item for free, ¥1 per extra photo). This is your only look at the real piece before it travels, and the only cheap moment to fix a problem: returns or exchanges within 5 days of the item reaching the warehouse, decided case by case, with one free return within 30 days.

Check print, stitching, labels, colour and size against the listing. The QC photo guide has a checklist per category. Items can wait in the warehouse for 90 days free while the rest of your order arrives.

LitBuy moment 3: parcel and shipping line

Select the items to send together and submit them as one parcel. Packing choices change the price more than most people expect: removing shoe boxes and vacuum packing knitwear cut the volumetric weight that most lines charge for. A rehearsal parcel (¥20) gets you a quote on the real weight before you pick a line.

Lines differ in price per kilo, speed, accepted items and whether duties are included. Your second payment covers the line you choose, minus one shipping coupon (current coupons). Delivery estimates and the 2026 customs changes are in the shipping guide.

After your LitBuy parcel arrives

Open valuable parcels on camera. Loss or damage is compensated to your LitBuy balance on LitBuy’s own scale if you claim within 7 days of delivery or 45 days of shipment. Delays are not compensated. If tracking stalls, open a ticket with the parcel number; a chargeback locks the account (why that matters).

What is a good first LitBuy order?

Two or three light items, for example from T-shirts or accessories. A small parcel shows you how long each stage takes for your country before you order heavy things like shoes or jackets. Typical prices per category are in your first LitBuy haul.
