LitBuy QC photos: what to check

How do QC photos work at LitBuy?

• When an item reaches the warehouse, LitBuy takes 3 to 6 photos per item for free: usually front, back, side or logo.
• Staff check quantity, colour and size against your order. Electronics are checked for appearance only.
• You can order more photos of a specific detail at ¥1 per extra photo.
• Returns or exchanges within 5 days of the item reaching the warehouse, decided case by case, with one free return within 30 days. Refunds for cancelled or returned items go back to the original payment method.

What should I check on every LitBuy item?

1. Open the listing next to the photos and compare colour and details.
2. Zoom in on prints, logos and labels: blurry edges and crooked placement are the most common flaws.
3. Check the size tag, and the measurements if the warehouse added them.
4. Look for stains, loose threads and damage from transport.
5. Unsure about something? Order one extra photo of exactly that spot.

What if a LitBuy item is wrong?

Request an exchange or return from the item page in your warehouse while you are inside the 5-day window. Describe the flaw and point to the photo. Exchanges depend on the seller and LitBuy decides case by case, so a clear photo makes the case. A refund goes back to your original payment method.

Small flaws that do not show when worn are often not worth a return: the seller ships a new piece, which costs you another week. Wrong size, wrong colour or visible damage always are.
